These also are perfect for people who aren't as familiar with scaling. All you have to do is adjust the reps, rounds or running distance to your ability.

buying rings and a good jump rope were the two smartest purchases I ever made....both are extremely portable, and a pull-up bar is usually easy to find as finding a playground.0
