I ran in high school, stopped, ran in college, stopped and started running again in April, I think. When I started back up I couldn't run more than 10 min and now I'm training for a half marathon. I went sledding with the kids today. At points I was out of breath so I counted it. I only logged about half of it, though because I wasn't going up and down the hill the whole time. If it makes me tired, out of breath, etc. I log it.

I was 20, he was 21 when we met. Engaged 9 months later when I was 21 and he was 22. Married 3 months later I was still 21 and he was 22. It's been 12 1/2 years since we were married and we are still married and going strong!

Thanks for your post. I need to try upping my cals. I'm struggling from a several month plateau. I'm going to try upping my calories and see what happens. I'm blaming you if I gain, though. :wink:

I think you are going to be burning a lot of calories so I don't think you should worry too much about the cals. I think it's probably good not to eat the mayo. How much chocolate are they giving you? If it's just a piece, I say enjoy. If it's a bar I think you should maybe eat half, save the rest for cake? I don't know.…

I don't count cleaning either unless I'm breaking a sweat or doing it for a really long period of time. If someone else wants to log it, then I think it's OK. It's their weight loss journey. If logging every activity is working for them, then great.

I yell when I'm exhausted. It's completely ineffective. My kids don't listen to me when I yell. I just get frustrated and mad at myself. I never really did very well with fried foods. Now I not only can't eat fried foods but can't eat foods with a lot of fat or I am sick for the rest of the day. I haven't figured out where the tipping point is, though.
