Babies need to eat frequently. Moms need to do things outside the house. Of course it's ok to breastfeed in public. I had a coverup for my kids but I think it's fine without. That's what breasts are for.

I wouldn't worry about what the scale says too much. It's really a poor measure of progress. If your jeans are more loose and you notice a better fitness level, that is way more important. Hi! I'm Christine. I'm 33 and from Salt Lake City, UT. I live 6 miles away from Snowbird 8 from Alta. The Park City resorts are more famous but out of interest of time and money I go to the resorts more nearby. I haven't gone anywhere outside to Utah to ski but when funds become available I would be open to it.

Don't beat yourself up. I think you need to treat yourself. Otherwise you can never keep it up. What happens if you don't you tend to binge. You never went over your cals so no harm done. Your body needs rest, too, so I wouldn't beat yourself up over not going to the gym one time in 3 weeks. I have one rest day per week…
