I love it too. Really, I think I get the best workout running. I used to run before I gained weight and am just getting back into it. I hope to do my first half marathon in March.

I love cross country skiing! The question is whether you're planning on skating or not. Skating provides the best exercise (it's what they do in the Olympics) but is the hardest to master. I love plain greek yogurt with a cup of fresh berries and a little honey. I also use it as a substitute for sour cream. I'm going to have to try some of these other suggestions. Thanks!

If you walk on an incline it really works your butt. I used to walk on an 8-10% incline at 3.5 mph and could always feel it there.

I usually don't get a workout done on work days either. There just isn't enough time. I leave at 6:20 and get home at 8:15ish. After I eat dinner it's basically time to go to bed. It's not too skinny for some people, others it is. You can have it as a goal right now but I would be open to change. As you get closer to goal, you will have a better understanding about whether or not that weight works for you.
