I've been here a few months and I've been a Low carber just as long (Grant it, I'm not the best low carber, I'm still getting used to it). I'm a housewife with no kids and literally nothing better to do besides working out. I'd love to help!

Use Zucchini strips. OOORRRR I found this new pasta I haven't tried yet. Its called dream fields. It's only 17g of carbs vs. real pasta at 50g of carbs.

Try Melotonin. You can get it in the vitamin aisle. It is a natural chemical that helps you sleep. It more like relaxes your body and turns off your brain. Another thing i do is read before bed. It helps me a lot. Hope you have better luck sleeping!
