what is your water intake.....i have found foods are really high in sodium so i really increase if i happen to eat things high in sodium....water intake should be 1/2 your weight in ounces per day.....seems like a lot but it flushes and is key to weight loss. Maybe when you think about important events you get nervous or something and then you eat from emotions......think about how you feel right after you eat it....before you eat it.....this helps me.
