  • Yeah that is one thing I have noticed too, it's more so on the days I don't work out that is the main problem lol but I've gone back and forth with my calorie amount a couple times. I just need to find a round about number that works for me. Luckily I exercise enough where I am not really gaining weight back just staying…
  • Not to judge off of just this one post but tell him to SUCK IT. I am 5'5 and previously was 156lbs my boyfriend NEVER called me fat or hinted that I should lose weight. Granted I was athletic so I was never really "fat". Now I am at 143lbs and feel great! My goal weight is 135lbs but right now he tells me how awesome I…
  • I like the way you think.. Just for today: I will eat smart and healthy, I will not stuff my face because I'm bored, I will love myself and all the progress I have made this far!!
  • This would be my first time doing one of these! I have definitely been running since June first; don't have readily access to a scale though ha. Gonna have to figure that one out, but I'm excited! :) SW: 157 CW: 140 (last time I weighed myself) GW: 135 (Will update the next weigh in!) Ran 25.17 miles!
  • If you like deli turkey, (which I love!) Try Sara Lee's Low Sodium turkey breast low calorie and much lower sodium than other deli brands! :) Also if you can try turkey bacon (Jennie-O's) again much lower sodium than normal bacon and delicious!
  • I would have to say eating healthy, mainly because I love exercise and how it makes me feel. My weakness is definitely snacking and buffalo chicken pizza OMG so yummy. haha But eating healthier has become almost second nature to me now :)
  • Feel free to add me! I am turning 23 in two days and I know what it is like to gain the "freshman 15" and then some! lol :)
  • Hey I have been using MFP for about 5 months now and I don't plan on turning back ever!! lol I know that sometimes everybody needs some motivation even if goals are already met! Feel free to add me :)
  • I'm in! Hopefully it'l be warm enough where I can put some extra miles in!
  • Feel free to add me! I started with this app about two years ago, then kinda fell off the band wagon. But I started back up this past december and I am not looking back! I lost 16lbs so far and I am excited to keep going!!
  • I started out at 157 at 5'5, I am now 139 ( and unfortunately I did grow lol) My goal weight is 135 but I really just want some abs to show off. lol
  • Awesome, I'm in!
  • Honestly, when I am craving something sweet or something that is so obviously not good for me I eat it. I just dont eat an entire bag /container, etc. of what it is, because trust me I could. lol But sometimes giving into cravings is a good thing, completely resisting all sweets or what you want isn't gonna help you in the…
  • I've been on here before the New Year! Lol I log in daily because I do not want to gain this weight I've lost back and plan on doing it for a very long time!! Feel free to add me :)
  • Feel free to add me! Once I went to college I realized that pizza and beer could only be consumed in moderation haha. Talk about a wake up call ! About to turn 23 and love love love MFP! :)
  • Awesome thanks everybody ! :) Now anybody wanna give me the $60-80 dollars to buy it?? lol  juuustt kiddingg
  • One of the reasons why MFP works so well because you can put in EVERYTHING you eat. Even if its half of a boneless wing (which happen to be one of my favorite indulges) and know exactly how its gonna impact your calorie count for the day. Along with sodium, fat, sugar, etc. I LOVE this app :)
  • Been logging in everyday for about 5 months now and lovin it! Feel free to add me :)
  • I am not an expert on nutrition but I have been pretty consistent with my meals regarding carbs, except on my cheat days ha. But you just gotta be smart about your carb intake as well as what types of carbs. Do your best (even though now a days its a little difficult) to take in unprocessed carbs, try to look for organic…
  • That is incredible!! And congrats!! Btw the title for this post is also hilarious! lol
  • Losing weight is frustrating no matter what size you are. And I agree with everyone who says it is ALL mental, you decide everyday how you want to work towards your goal. Is today going to be a day where you slack off a litte or is today you go all out and stick to your guns? Either way every day is a challenge but also…

  • If you feel like you need to rest then do it! Just because you are sick and resting doesn't mean you are gonna gain weight. As long as you stick to not eating like crap then gaining weight won't be too much of a problem. Plus the most you rest now the faster you will get better!
  • Soon to be 23, love MFP and looking for anybody to share it with! :)
  • Whatever your choice may be protein is definitely what you need, whether it be low fat yogurt, chicken, nuts, hard boiled egg, etc. I try and add a little bit of carbs in there somewhere but not too much. Over eating after a hard workout is easy to indulge some times.
  • I have definitely had those days. Sometimes when I get done at the gym I'm like.. I still look the same!? Lol but don't worry you will see results! Just takes some time, if you stop stressing about what you look like and focus on how you feel time will fly by and before you know it you've lost some weight!
  • Not sure if you are a salad person or not but spinach is AWESOME for you, and if you use a light balsamic or iltalian dresing ( just the serving sizes) And add other veggies and some protien its a pretty slamming lunch, without going over board on calories or sodium.
  • Feel free to add me, I love this site and the app! Good Luck! :)
  • Those were pretty awesome, thanks!
  • I am soon to be 23 and log in everyday, doing great so far can't wait to see more progress! Good luck!! :)
  • I think you being this aware and concerned with how your wife is handling your weight loss is pretty incredible and it sounds like you are doing your best to be supportive of how she feels. However it is her decision to live the way she is living, not to say that stress and other elements are not a factor because what is…
