  • I'm in. Trying to break a plateau, and Low Carb plan helped me to lose over 130lbs, that I've kept off for about 8 years, but in Feb of this year I re-committed to getting the last 60 or so off...I'm eating healthy and working out/training on the regular but stuck now for about 3 wks....so back to what I know works.
