I found a bunch of 30 min DVD at the dollar tree store...and it was only $1.00 so if it suck no big loss...but it was cheap and got me up and moving!

why dont u just weigh ur self the next day at ur typical weigh in time. And no matter what it is u have done so good by eating well and drinking water only and exercising, if u keep it up the weight will come off.

i have been on mfp for about a week now. I weigh 216 lbs, my highest wt was 241, my goal wt is 170 or lower if possible, dreamably 160, honestly i would be happy in a size 12, but 8-10 would be faboo, currently an 18-20, anyway...would love to be part of this group, i need tons of support, my fiance has been away from home…

Today, i danced and marched with my daughter to burn a few calories and also cleaned the house, u could also walk up n down the stairs...every lil bit helps

Don't be discouraged...always celebrate any loss, it adds up...if you did not gain it is a positive thing.....keep working on it. My mom always says...Anything worth having is worth fighting for...keep up the fight!
