I use the app 3 times a week when working out at the gym and at first it took a while to learn the moves and execute them properly, but once you have the moves down, it's a great workout!

When I use the app and do a 30 mins get lean session, i log it in MFP as 30 mins of general aerobics, which comes out to be about 250 calories for the 30 mins which seems pretty appropriate, but I would be interested to know the actual calories lost for each workout... will maybe have to go out and buy HRM also...

I downloaded the Nike Training Club a month ago and I use it 3 times a week when I go to the gym. It's an awesome tool and they push you really hard even in the beginner levels! I am in shape, but oh boy, the Get Lean High Interval training is intense. I feel awesome after each workout and I've sweated like a pig. Good…

Just saw this thread, but started MFP on April 3rd. My goal is to lose 31 pounds by July 13th. Roughly 2 pounds a week. I exercise 4-5 times a week and have lost 7 pounds in 3 weeks! Very happy with my progress so far! :)
