Id say that corn comes into the balanced diet at least once in a while. To leave it out would be sinful. I'm guessing that a little of what you fancy does you good - occasionally - no one is saying to eat it every day smothered in butter. Just be sensible and enjoy. I love it BTW!!!

Thanks everyone - great answers - maybe I need to dig deeper tho for a factual answer. Any nutritionalists out there? Can I just add that the calories we are on are suggested by MFP! Also that at no point did I say we were hungry!! You don't have to be hungry to eat chocolate!! Maximum of 'rubbish' he is eating is 300 cals…
