I eat them for lunch on a daily basis and yes I feel it has helped me quite a bit. I also buy the Weight Watchers Smart Ones. I try to eat oatmeal or a low fat cereal for breakfast. Hello, I stay very busy as well and honestly have not made an attempt to make friends yet never say never. I take care of my grandson and my husband is in Afghanistan with the Army. I am on a healthier way of life for myself and he will be surprised to see a smaller wife when he gets home.
