better that you're craving good things over bad things. I don't miss the chocolate/candy either. I made it through the holiday season- numerous parties with goodies tempting me left and right- no cravings. Found it quite easy to ignore. :smile:

So amazing! Congratulations on recognizing that you needed to take action. That's the biggest hurdle I found- fully accepting that something needed to be done and only I could do it. Keep up the hard work. Your son is super blessed to have you fight for your health and his.

Just stepped on the scale Sunday (after 2 months) but 25.7 lbs down since the weekend of Thanksgiving! I rocked it through the holidays!

fabulous exercise but with my vertigo they don't happen too often or I'll be tossing my cookies all over the place while walking in circles. Once in a while I'll be able to get a few done.

Everyone's there for the same reason- (we hope)- just walk on in and start with the machines you know (treadmill or bike)- if you're unsure of other machines and are afraid to ask- watch others use them and learn. After a while you may feel comfortable to use the others or ask for assitance. I'm at Planet Fitness and out…

Arrived into the locker room last night and a woman was chatting away on the phone- granted it's better in there than out in the workout area BUT I see this so often that I wonder why people just can't tell the person they'll call them back or go into the lobby so others in the locker room aren't subjected to…
