Feel free to add me. Love to support and need the support of others!! I get the same from my husband. not food wise, but i will get off the treadmill and he will be like..you could have carried a load of laundry upstairs that would have burnt the same amount of calories. I'm trying lol.

I stopped taking it back In Sept. I now have more acne then i have ever had. It is finally starting to calm down. And i bleed alot more.

When i take my daughter to the park i walk around the play area to get a mile in. If i am making dinner and baking something i jump on the treadmill during that baking time. It is very hard to squeez in any time to find time for yourself. Good luck!!
