I'm 5'8 current goal is just to get to 199.... but my goal at the moment is 175 But I don't know how that's going to look since my body has change since I had a child in a good way and now have more of a "womanly " figure but Iam a large frame gal soooooo we'll see when I get to the 180's how I feel.

I was going to suggest working out on your lunch break but you already said thats a no bueno! So I would say either wake up earlier just to work out or workout while your son or daughter is sleeping. Believe you me I do be exhausted but you will find that working out actually give you energy you might not be feeling it to…

Height: 5'8" Age/Gender: 28/F Highest weight- 242 Current Weight- 226 Current body fat - ??% Lowest weight- 149 -looked sick! Goal weight- 175- for starters had a kid don't know how that will look now so may be a little higher or just right we'll see :)

5'8 226 lbs US size 14 some 12's if I'm lucky . Would like to get to low 170 which had placed me at a size 10/11 in my highschool days dont know about now.

You can do it!20 lbs in 3 months seems reasonable amount of time. I've lost weight before and it took about 3 months and 4 months time.

5'8 here large frame female 226 at the moment want to get down to 175. Smallest I've been was 149 too small looked too sickley 168 was pretty good appeared very thin so I'll stay in the 170's family thin with curves.
