Congratulations!!! My first 5K was a Color Run on my Birthday (June 29) and I enjoyed it. I am so proud of my accomplishment and ready to do another one.

Thanks, I'll try protein shakes for breakfast. I plan to do some running earlier in the morning so this could be my post workout meal.

Thanks for the advice. I'll eat out maybe once or twice but that's it. If I can I'll skip breakfast, it just depends on the time I wake up.

I feel as if your story is my story. I recently had a baby and gained 40lbs and after 3 months haven't lost half of it. I actually gained 5 lbs. I started back on MFP about 2 weeks ago and my goal is between 80-100lbs. Its been a struggle but I have my motivation back. One of my biggest problem is drinking water but so far so good.
