  • I eat wholemeal breads, wraps and pittas and have been losing weight just fine. There are a lot of carbs in them and they seem like a lot of calories but in my opinion they keep me filled up and give me energy!
  • I am freelancer so my work schedule is all over the place and different every week, but I am hoping a minimum of three days in the gym per week
  • I LOVE my Polar FT4, gives you a lot of motivation to see how many calories you are burning. It is waterproof for swimming too which is a bonus as I love to swim! I am very glad I spent the money I did on it.
