Yup. I eat a lot of protein .... but i also recently got some chia seeds . They are Very healthy - and help fill you up !! Grind some up and add to / sprinkle on your food - will help you feel more satisfied :)

haha - i wouldnt put much 'stock' in your wii age - dont even do the full assessment 90% of the time ! Just use it to work out at home and keep track of your success - wiis dont always understand a woman's sensitivities ! :) oh, and when i use the wii - i have to have my music pumping - its not motivating enough ...

Im no expert ... only on what works for me. I think you should eat how you can live long term .... "diet" shouldnt be part of your vocab .... eat healthy - and make it the way you live ! If its during the day - i schedule exercise and Try to make it a priority .... that definately helps. If its in the evening - my tendency is definately to eat - so i try to occupy my mind with something else.
