The struggle with yourself is hard. I go through it everyday trying to convince myself that I don't need "just one more 'small' helping". I would love it if someone else could lose the weight for me, but then I am such a control freak and love to have the control myself.

I have 5 kiddos (9,7,5,3&2). I love to keep busy with my kids but I need more of a structured workout. I try to get up early before anyone else so I can fit in a quick run but that is difficult when most nights I'm up with kids that have nightmares or they just can't sleep. Thanks for the comments. I use the calorie count on the elliptical. I do the 35-40 min straight through without breaks and I push it hard speeding up as fast as I can at times. I think I will look into getting something to check the calories and pulse rate besides the machine. I will also be adding weights into my workouts…
