  • Thats for the quotes. I used the road map that set my TDEE with 20% deficiency at just over 2050 calories. I'm doing a p90X/insanity hybrid and they said to set macros to 50% Protein/30% Carbs and 20%/Fat. As I'm doing more cardio I set it to 40%/40%/20% which is settings I have for my goals in MFP. I do mix up how I cook…
  • I got the living lean book and it totally changed the way I ate. I didn't follow all the recipes but it makes you see that you can change a few things and eat much better, stay full and fit it into the daily routine. It isn't a strict diet, although there is a sample in there, it is just a way to change how your cook and…
  • damn, not been logging it as been using coconut oil and thought it wasn't too bad. 1/2 tablespoon is 7g fat :( Need to start adding it
  • I'm doing insanity/p90x hybrid with a bit of extra Daily Hiit and Chalene Extreme thrown in when I have time for bonus workouts so add me too.

  • I use them for P90X as I don't have a chinup bar but have also found them to be tougher in some exercises than dumbells. I use bodylastics bands that you combine together for different weights. The companies site has loads of videos: http://www.bodylastics.com/liveworkouts/
  • I read a few places as long as its clean you can eat it anytime. So if its brown rice you should be ok. I can't eat until later so thats what I follow.
  • having the same problem
  • I did insanity for 5 weeks the first him but the high impact hurt my back. Changed some moves to low impact variations and now mixing it in with the strength parts of P90X using resistance bands and dumbells.
  • Love it and good for your back, lower impact than running. You need a good teacher/routine to get the most out of it, works best went you vary it like interval training.
  • I did insanity for 5 weeks and lost a lot then the hi impact stuff hurt my back so took a break and now back on it doing low impact alternatives to things like powerjumps. Noticed I hit a plateau doing just insanity 5-6 days a week. I noticed I'm not building up any muscle and did some research of various sites and forums.…
  • I was doing insanity and logging my calories burned a lot higher then I used a HRM and found I was doing about 400, was worth the money.
  • My wife hated the gym but not I got her turbofire she's managed to do it every day for nearly a month bar 1 yoga workout. Myself I love working out at home and saving wasting time with a commute. I still go to a couple of classes at the gym just for variety. Would recommend www.dailyhiit.com or Insanity/Turbofire for home…
