Everyone is different so do what your body tells you. On days I am working I will have a 200 cal breakfast on my first break at work around 10am. I been wanting to do it but will be hard fitting it around my schedule. I work 12 hour shifts 8-8 so Unless I wake up extra early to do it I will struggle to find time as last thing I want to do at night before bed is get my blood pumping.
