I always get the foot long. I eat six inches and I save the rest for later because it does wear off fast. But I always get the tuna with onions bell peppers, a butt load a spinach and their chipotle sauce.

You will do better when you use this site to find lower calorie foods. Once you start eating less then it'll actually take less to fill you up. Egg whites and and apple for breakfast, tune and salad for lunch, Swai and corn for dinner. You can do it. Even if you have to baby yourself into it.
