Yeah, my breakfast is always sweet too. I had the savory oatmeal as a snack after dinner. :) Tami, I just made the oatmeal and used some Braggs liquid aminos, garlic powder, and broccoli. I might try it with some parmesan cheese tonight. You can basically make it any way that you would any other grain..like rice, quinoa,…

Interesting. Just goes to show that everyone's bodies react differently...because I use xanthan gum and I eat 2 batches (one right after the other) with no bloating.

Well, I usually eat the bulk of my food before bed. It was the water content in the watermelon that caused the problems for me.

Uhh yeah, don't eat that much watermelon so close to bed time. Lesson learned.
