Well, I did at least 116 ounces yesterday. That's probably about typical for me most days. I drink mostly water with small amounts of other beverages throughout the day.

I switch it up and do something different, or even just rearrange my workout schedule. Sometimes our body tells us when we need a rest day. Just becasue I say Sunday is my day of rest doesn't mean it has to be. If I can't motivate myself on Wed I'm not opposed to taking that day off and working out on Sunday. We're in this…

I'd say this is normal and nothing to worry about. The first time I started losing weight 5-6 years ago I weighed in at 273 pounds and lost 5 pounds my first week. I had started eating better and basic exercise which was a huge difference from the sitting around and eating whatever. The first couple of weeks I did see…

I lost 2.5 pounds this week and hope to keep this off and lose that 0.5 pound at least in the next 10 days. I'd love to lose more than that in the time left, but it's hard to say with the way I've been losing lately. It's strange, I'm near the smallest I've ever been in clothing sizes but have about 20 pounds to reach that…

For me the original motivation was to fit back into some really cute clothes that I had gotten to big for but never could make myself get rid of. Now that I'm practically to that goal (sitting here in a pair of size 10 jeans as I type this for the first time in a couple of years) I'm changing my thoughts a bit. I do still…

Congrats! I just made that milestone myself! It's such a wonderful feeling. Keep up the hard work!

I did burn extra calories today . . . just not with your challenge program. My "brother" is in town and he wanted to go for a walk so we walked for over an hour this morning. This was after my Insanity workout.

I did so-so. I tried but some weeks just don't go as you plan them out. I will keeep trying to work on my snacking though on a weekly basis.

Congrats! Thanks for sharing your story. It's great to see someone who has maintained their weight loss for a year. I think that is just as hard as the losing in some ways.

I eat back a portion of the calories I burn. It just depends on the day and the days activities. I already have my calories set to what I burn in the day so I hate to eat back too many of my exercise calories. Most of the time this is more than enough. Usually when I eat back most of my exercise calories it's a special…

Are you talking visible results or scale results? The scale started pretty quickly in small steps. I weighed weekly and would see a pound or two gone each week. It only took a few pounds for others to see it in me. Now if I look at a mirror I don't see it in myself at all. I've lost 33 pounds and many people think it's…

I think I'm going to use a few of the Insanity workouts in combination with other workouts and make my own calendar. I feel like Insanity hasn't done as much for me as I would have liked. I think I was doing better when I also did weights and kettlebells. So I'd like to use Insantiy workouts in combination with the weights…

I was looking at pictures of myself holding a friends baby last night and I noticed you can see the hollow at my neck. It's not super noticable yet, but it's there (see picture for evidence)!

You look amazing!

It looks like so much more! So very impressive!

You look amazing! What a transformation! I love that you stil indulge every week. I don't believe a truly long term weight loss can occur if you severly restrict calories and never eat anything that's "bad" for you. If I want ice cream I have it, just in moderation or as a treat. Confidence is key!

For me personally I've found resistance bands hurt my wrists more. Not sure why but something about the motion or pulling kills my wrists. When using dumbbells I don't get the same pain after.

I'm not doing terrible but not great either. I picked a bad week to try to cut down on snacking . . . It's the week I desire to eat everything in sight plus tons of chocolate. I'm going to try to do better though, I really do need to watch the snacking. I have to snack some to get my calories in for the day, but I just…

I do occasionally go over my calories. Typically it's a weekend or special occasion such as a family get together. I usually walk into those days knowing I'm going to go over my calories that day. It's not worth beating youself up over it. I may go over my calories one or two days a week but I haven't gone over my weekly…

I found this website very helpful at figuring out how many calories I needed to eat. Maybe it can help you: http://www.fat2fitradio.com/tools/bmr/

It can be very difficult to notice on those you see all the time. I never see the changes in my face others see until I can compare a photo of preweightloss and currently. Then I see it. To me I still look the same in the mirror becuase I see myself daily.

Impressive! I'll be estatic when my waist gets below 30! I hope this is something I can manage!
-
Such an easy one, especially as we begin to weigh less! I managed to drink more than that yesterday impressively enough when I was gone helping my mom purchase a new car.

When walking and not doing a workout DVD I listen to Pandora Pop fitness. I love it when One Direction "What Makes You Beautiful" comes on.
-
For me it's to snack less and when I do snack make healthier choices. Sometimes one snack leads to another and another . . .

I did a 5 mile Leslie Sanson workout yesterday morning. Then my eating wasn't great yesterday but at least I had a good start to the day!

Nice! I can faintly see mine. Currently the body part I'm seeing the most transformation in is my posterior. I don't exactly just have pictures lying around and there's no one around I would ask to take a picture of it to post. I tried the mirror but I'm just not that talented. I will saw that I can pass the Brazil Butt…
