I have acid reflux and that will trigger me to get painfully/uncomfortably bloated :(

You have to choose "weights" under Cardio...I was having the same problem a few days ago and just stumbled upon the answer :) Good luck!

ok, so I dont have children and luckily I'm nowhere near diabetes (that I know of) BUT I do know what you mean as far as losing your way after 2 weeks. Im the same way and it has taken a lot for me to log on for more than 14days but Ive done it and I feel great. It actually helps me to see what my weight will be in 5 weeks…

I just started 2 weeks ago so I guess it'll be diff for me. How long have you been doing this? I started by sticking to 1200 calories at the most and on Monday I start working out. What are you doing?
