Been thinking about doing Insanity, but everyone seems to say it is about definition and not really lbs lost. I just wonder if my gym membership will be wasted if I do the program at home. Doing that program for 5-6 hours per week - will I have anything left for the gym?

I moved HIIT to the elliptical and arc trainer machines. The impact from the running hurt my shins when increasing frequency. Just watch for over training and getting sidelined with injuries.

New to mfp. How do friends interact? I will mostly use the app on my phone. Are there any friend capabilities there? I have been logging food and exercise for 17 days, but just switched to mfp. My other app lacked the features and community of mfp. Feel free to add me as I learn my way.

Newbie to mfp and can't seem to rotate my photo. This is my first post so I want to see if it flips. Uploaded 3 directions but all look the same. Anyway, I would like some friends here to help get this all started.
