I was already doing it but I have been slacking so I will join your challenge and get motivated again.

Well we aren't friends but I know you can do. You did it before and you can do it again. I am right behind you. I started out at 210 and now I am at 180. I have 20lbs more to go but we must continue to encourage each other. Go for it girl. Best wishes to you on your journey.
