I like being able to see and feel my colar bones, truly sound silly but that makes be feel good, unfortunately the exercise get healthy life style hasn't kicked in for me yet. but gonna try again hopefully tomorrow

its impossible, sorry but you need some fresh foods to, please contact a church or food bank, i know whats its like to live on a very limited budget..such a hard place for people to be at..good luck

wow, but really i believe it. i work with the public and people actually feel free to say lots of rude things. when i was heavier, i didn't mind my weight it was the comments from everyone else that made me feel bad. now that i am thinner, i get comments from anything from hair to nail colour..what can you do

don't be embarassed you went, you did good....I wouldn't know how to use all the machines either, but you were smart, hiring a personal trainer for a bit to teach you how to get the most out of every machine,,,good for you

oh yes, this is my biggest problem...i can control my self alllll day, and than at nite its raid that fridge!! i am eating enough throughout the day, but i work a swing shift and when i get home its late and i just have no will power, if there is any suggestions out there I am willing to more than listen

Can't do it, i am trying to maintain, but truth be told i could stand to lose at least 10 pounds....the scales keep me honest. i do weigh myself every day, if i didn't i would tell my self that my weight is fine, cause thats what everyone tells me even when my weight is up..and before i knew it i would have to be losing 15…
