IF you find you're mentally stuck by a thing, find a way to un-stuck yourself. end of story :)

you are NOT "stuck" until you hit multiple weeks (like 3-6), so a week of anything isn't a week of anything... ETA: I didn't get stuck but i knew it wasn't realistic to keep up my 1200 calorie eating while burning my tushie off, so i stepped my calories up. I'm now happier and losing like a fiend :)

Open diary and always looking for motivation & idea sharing :)

Burned popcorn is delish! I much prefer pasta to be undercooked relatively significantly. Burned bacon is great. So is undercooked (not raw) bacon. Then again, perfectly cooked bacon is pretty awesome, so really, I just meant that I like bacon.

Always looking for things with high BPM, this list is awesome!

Plan ahead! Choose a restaurant and look up their food ahead of time. Log it ahead of time if that helps you (it does help me!) Then just stick to what you decided to order and all the stress is gone. Don't forget to look up drinks - especially boozey beverages as they can have quite a caloric kick! Eat a clean salad at…

Here's another list to find foods higher in potassium: http://www.calories-in-foods.com/foods-high-potassium.php And as others said, many of the things you eat every day have potassium in them, but as the food industry isn't required to list potassium, many, many, many companies choose to not 'waste' the space on their…

I once worked on a play that required me to purchase unlubricated condoms, 2 small oranges and 1 can of redi-whip every 3-4 days for about a month.

For what it's worth, people don't really care how you look at the gym. You're there for you and they're there for them. Just go in and do your thang. Regarding the videos, I recommend checking out your local library. Find out if they have a decent workout selection and/or if they can borrow others from different libraries…

I weigh everyday. It helps me not freak out over the ups and downs that can happen due to other things (hormones, sodium, etc.) because it's only one day. Helps keep me sane :)

I eat twice before lunch, so I've sorta had 2 breakfasts. 1 cookies & cream protein shake w/some PB2 added for deliciousness & an Aldi's brand energy shot. Later, I had old fashioned oatmeal flavored with splenda, a touch of brown sugar and a bit of cinnamon. Delish!

My best friend lost ~140 Lbs in a year and people freaked over how "anorexic looking" she was. She's actually right where she's supposed to be based on height/age/sex - and looks healthy and fabulous...AND is super conscious of eating a healthy, well-rounded diet, so she's not skimping on anything. People's brains just…

I don't have one, but I fully expect that your reaction would be mine if I did. Not to mention, I don't want to include all my standard daily walking in my burned calories amount - if my everyday walking around and doing things was getting me skinny, I'd already be skinny! Instead, I spent my cash on a decent heart rate…

there are a number of free or very cheap apps available on various phone platforms that can help you track your water intake, set specific water related reminders, etc. Google something like "android apps track water intake" if you have an android phone, "iphone apps track water intake" if you have a iphone, and I think…

I'm so in! Looking forward to seeing what we can all accomplish!

If you're interested in trying some other workout video routines for free, check out your local library. I borrowed a bajillion or so videos til I found the ones I wanted and then started watching their pricing on Amazon until they were at an inexpensive level I was willing to pay. (you can use camelcamelcamel.com for…

Call it what you want - it sounds delicious!

Open diary here, too. I log everything as well - doesn't do me any good to hide from the choices I'm making, whether they're positive or otherwise :)

35 Lbs. in 85 days, including a 3.5 week chunk of no loss in the middle there. Comes out to 0.41 Lbs. per day, which sounds crazy to me when I see it. I imagine it'll slow significantly as things continue.

5'2" and about 35 Lbs. into a 100 Lbs. loss. Everyone feel free to add me :)

Kesha radio is my favorite! Great beats and trashy lyrics to keep me pumped while i workout :)

Hi everyone :) My overall goal is to lose about 70 lbs. by the end of April, so this challenge is a great way for me to keep focused on that end goal! SW: 220 CW: 191 GW: 120-ish (originally thinking 120, but I might be happier a bit above that if/when i gain some awesome muscles!) A vast majority of my weight loss so far…

Hi Emily! I'm a 30 y/o woman with 82 lbs. left to lose (already knocked 18 lbs. out of the way!) My deadline is far more tentative than yours - I'd like to unveil my new bod to folks at an annual party we have on Cinco de Mayo, though I'll just be thrilled if I'm near my goal at that point. I'd love to have us help and…

Played for a number of years, but it's been quite some time since I last gave Blizzard any money. My husband and I actually met playing WoW - our 3rd anniversary is a week from Tuesday!
