I decided yesterdays breakfast was going to be my cheat meal for the week. I have always been overweight, as a child, as a teen and now as an adult. I have never felt bad about myself which is why I think it has been hard for me to stay motivated, but this time I am determined for no other reason than to just be healthy.

yesterday for breakfast I had a homemade fruit bowl w/grapes, strawberries, bananas and oranges. south west egg beaters and 1 slice of toast lunch I had a garden salad w/left over pork chops in it from the night befores dinner dinner i had roasted red potatos, broccoli, and marinated grilled chicken
