Hello everyone! I'm currently breastfeeding 14 week old DS :) my first target is to make it back tl my pre pregnancy weight, about 6kg away. Then I'll be taking down 10kg at a time until I hit my goal weight! Glad to meet others in the same boat :)

I mash them up with some chilli powder and spread them on a wholewheat toasted bagel. Soooo good! I should probably join Avocado Addicts Anonymous because I usually eat a small one every day.

I literally just took some! I have been losing weight slowly and steadily for a while. I don't weight myself very often, so no idea what I actually currently weigh, but I'm currently in UK size 16-18 trousers and 10-12 tops.
