I never use substitutes. I adore spouting profanity. It's crazy that some words are considered 'bad words' when after all, they are just words and such delightfully expressive words at that. I still find it it quite frustrating that forums and messageboards censor us as they see fit. :( That said, I hate to hear swear…

I adore long hair on dudes. I blame the 80's and hair metal. I was and probably still am an avid fan of all that stuff. A little black eyeliner and the smell of a leather jacket gets me too. lol

Oh I agree! It's not that I'm refusing non brits, infact most of my online friends are from the US or Asia. I have time for everyone. I'm just enjoying reading the food diaries of fellow brits as their food choices/brand names more closely reflect my own and give me inspiration for new and attainable products.

Crazy! lol I used to have a gym partner who would be more than happy to sit on the floor exercising her lower jaw chatting while I worked out for an hour and then afterwards she would suggest a trip to Burger King! :)

Thanks V79F for the advice. I might try to up my intake a little bit, it just seems so counter productive eating when my body isn't telling me to do so. Makes me wonder how I ever got to 250lbs in the first place. Must have been the Pringles :D Cheers again. Happy Sunday!
