  • Sometimes I start fresh, this is my third time on MFP. The first time I was 226lbs, down to 216lbs for my wedding, then I quit. After my wedding my weight started to climb, so I started fresh again at 218lb, got down to 212lbs, then quit. This is my thrid time and now I'm at 206, but I'm going to choose to stick with it…
  • Mini babay bels (cheese) are only 60 calories, taste amazing and are a good source of calcium (or so my doctor says). Some days they are the only thing that keep me on track :) Note: They are a bit expensive so if you can buy them at a bulk place liek costco it'll help your wallet a lot.
