I don't know, or I'd tell you. :) Plus...I used to get told I have a dry witty sense of humor, I used to take that as a compliment...somehow now, NOT SO MUCH. Hmmm :) I understand aggravation, what I don't understand is taking it to a level that you actually make a thread about it.

I weigh myself every day when I am REALLY trying to lose weight. It keeps me accountable...and I love watching the number go down. It seems to help me more than anything.

I actually did better at this when I was a stay at home mom through the week. I could control meal times and I could control exercise time. Believe it or not exercising does curb the appetite some and makes you feel SO accomplished. Also if you want a snack then YOU control how healthy it is.

Hi, I started out at around 415, I am today at about 330. My lowest I got was 309. I Have really slacked off though this past year and I have been struggling to get into the 200's. I get close and then I back off. I need some motivation and drive. My work schedule is all over the place so meals and exercise are hard for me…
