yeah i am focusing on my cardio at end of the month hopefully when ive lost some of my fat content i can run a couple of miles at the moment but thats as far as it goes.

Im looking at joining up july next year I have plenty of time to loose the weight but wanted to bodybuild in the time between.

No way thats awesome, if thats not inspiration I dont know what is. Do you know if being a bodybuilder (with gaining muscle mass) affect someones bmi as I need my bmi to be 25, im currently at 29 with 30% body fat. Sorry if I seem clueless.
