I always get the grilled chicken sandwich and the nuggets. They have the grilled nuggets now, but haven't tried them yet.

I definitely agree you need to eat more, just make good choices. Also, if you don't have access to heavy lifting (like me), then you can try some videos. I recommend Jillian Michaels 30 Day Shred which I completed, and I'm currently doing her Ripped in 30 video also. Like you, I'm not overweight, nor was I when I started…

I've also gotten amazing results from Jillian Michaels. I completed the shred which lost me inches and weight. I also started Ripped in 30. I like to mix it up from time to time with Banish Fat, Boost Metabolism, Killer Abs, 6 Week 6 Pack, No More Trouble Zones.. If you want to do one of her programs (like the shred) and…

This!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Best scale EVER!

I actually lost a couple pounds on our honeymoon, but we were on Maui and did a lot of activities!

I think 30DS is a good starting point. It helped me lose weight & inches and gain muscle. I'm now doing Ripped in 30 (only just started week 2). It's not bad but I don't feel as worked as I did in 30DS, but maybe that is because I'm stronger now? ETA: Don't get me wrong, I'm sweating my BUTT off doing Ripped in 30... my…

This. I switched to Acuvue Oasys years ago because I find them to be more comfortable.

She posted on page 6 towards the bottom. She said yes! This was really sweet and gave me goose bumps!

I just started Ripped in 30 and am enjoying that so far!

I know this isn't really answering your question, but I just wanted to say that I loved level 3 the most and saw most of my weight loss during it. I also like to do level 3 every now and then even though I've completed the shred. Edit to add: I read your post again (sorry, think I read it too fast the first time around).…

I've tried a couple of the VitaTops but my store doesn't have the other varieties (VitaCake, VitaMuffin, etc), although I'd like to look around and try them soon! I like the VitaTops though, especially the banana chocolate chip one!

I'm in love with these: http://www.flatoutbread.com/products/flatout-wraps/flatout-light/light-original/ They are 90 calories.

I recently popped a 100-calorie bag of popcorn right before leaving the house and used my bigger purse to sneak it in, with a bottle of water. I will definitely be doing this often! ;) Between their prices and everything being so unnecessarily healthy, I just can't get bring myself to buy something there.

I'm glad you posted this. I'm not sure if you and I are experiencing the same pain but I was on a vacation in DC from Wed-Sun last week and the top of my right foot has been in pain ever since. We did an insanely extensive amount of walking. It really hurts if I position my foot upwards or downwards. Driving hurts because…

This made me laugh. I actually have two rabbits and two aquatic turtles so you can imagine my cart from the produce section. 5 bunches of romaine, some cilantro and 2 bunches of green leaf lettuce every week just for the pets alone.

Hershey kiss (~20 cals), a few M&M's (~3.44 cals/each). I like to have fudgesicles (40cal) in the freezer for occasional evening snacks too.

I'm supposed to start Level Two today but since it is Friday, I'm thinking I might hold off and start it Monday and continue with Level One this weekend... I admit I am afraid of Level Two.

I just did level 1 day 8 yesterday. I've only given myself one day off since I started because I'm afraid of losing motivation. I noticed that even though you are in a lot of pain after the first 1-2 days and want to take a day off, the pain seems to go away while doing the workout (weird!). I also add some extra leg…
