So what you are telling me is I should sit on my butt to burn calories...done and done. Okay that makes sense they basically log the info differently and use different formulas so they technically will never mach. I can live with that.

So why is it important to log on MFP what time you started your exercise?

Thanks for the responses... Blondie...i didn't know that FB actually tracks that?!? I'm on a machine at the gym though so that doesn't help. Mokey...the instructions said to log all exercise on MFP when I first connected.
