I was stuck for the longest time and not losing anything. It took a few months to finally start losing a few ounces and then a lb and so on. It took me over a year to lose the 34 lbs that I lost. It takes dedication and patience. We all know that it takes a long time for it to come off. Just remember to not give up.

You are not alone. I was doing great and than came Thanksgiving and Christmas and here I am stuck in a rut. I tell myself it's not worth putting the 35 lbs back on so I keep telling myself get off your butt and move!!

I do not see you only burning 74 calories. I had a calorie counter and I wanted to see if the sweat points were off. So I got my total sweat points and divided it by the 4.2 per calorie and it gave me 800 calories burned. So I looked at my calorie counter and it was half that. So something is wrong with the games counting.…

Post every thing that eat no matter how bad it makes you feel. I have noticed that when I post everything it helps me eat less but there are days that I over eat and I feel so bad but I know that it was on day not 6 days a week. It truly kicks your butt. I did the fit test and was sore for 4 days then did the cardio and was out for another 2 days, it is not worth that to me. I knew that I should have bought the p90x.

Add me, Ever since I started using MFP I have lost weight. There maybe a week or so that I stayed the same but that was due to me not eating well and certainly not drinking enough water. But once you stick with it you will start losing lbs. Good luck.

I asked myself that same question and told myself to eat if you are hungry but don't eat them to just them. There are days that I have 900 calories left to maybe 60 it just depends on the day.

Thank you for this post. This helped me to much. I thought that I ate over 1400 calories in 1 cup of spaghetti noodles and then I read this and noticed that dry and wet are different sizes. Thanks again

Part of me wanted to do Weight Watchers but the other part of me said why should I pay for someone to tell me what to eat? Yeah right, I can do that myself. MFP is great,
