I was never a jogger or a runner and at 40 I followed the c25k. I'm 45 and I'm a runner. Running used to be my only form of exercise until the put in a Planet Fitness 3 minutes from my house. I weight lift 6 days and run 3. Good Luck :)

Congratulations! I signed up to do a survivor mud run in October, This will be my first :)

I did my first 5k 2 months after completing the c25k. A group of us also went on to the 10k board I liked feeling like I had a goal. 3 years later and I'm still running. Good Luck :)

Walmart has a wide variety $10 work out DVDs. If you have dumbbells you can do walking lunges, squat and dead lifts Take a kitchen chair and put it against a wall and do step ups. Make this a circuit workout. take the kids for a 30 minute walk in the morning and in the evening. Good Luck :)

Congrats, when I completed the c25k, I continued to run for 3 miles then I joined the c25k to 10K with a lot of the same people on cool running :)
