The Y here was charging me $51 a month so I quit and went to planet fitness for $10 a month. I buy my own workout dvds and do them at home. Crossfit use to cost me $110 a month!

I didn't like it either but Publix had Chobani on sale so I tried a few different flavors and I really like this kind but now I get the plain and Honey and my own fruit. It's also good for making dips.

I started the c25k at 190, I finished and ran a few 5ks and then went on to complete the c25k to 10K. I ran 3 to 4 days a week and I would put in in anywhere from 20 to 25 miles a week. I got as low as 163, my stomach got smaller and my legs shown definition. Summer started and the kids were out of school and my running…

2 eggs with mushrooms, garlic, spinach, onions and tomato 1 slice of ww bread w/butter 1/2grapefruit coffee w/ hazelnut cream. ( I need to do this sugar free) on the weekend I do oatmeal in my crockpot over night, I add 1/4 of splenda brown sugar and cut up and apple and raisins. its so good!

I actually tried this for a month and then I started eating raw, which I actually liked but it irritated my husband with all the fruit and veggies that was covering our kitchen counter. While on the internet I found 30 bananas suck and after reading some of the stories, I changed back to eating regular cooked food.

I also started on Monday took a break on Wednesday because my legs hurt. ( I haven't exercised in a while) so I did it again on Thursday and today. I'm going to continue level one for the next 10 days and then move one to the next. I purchased Turbo Fire and I want to start that after I finished this.
