Bacon, eggs, lean meats, veggies, berries, nuts, seeds, healthy fats like olive oil. Bascially just stay away from the starch and sugar and keep your carbs under 100. I follow the paleo diet and if you stick with it it will work.

I get all my carbs from veggies, berries and post workout shakes and have never shredded fat and gained muscle quicker

Berries are fine. Limit other fruits.

Been doing crossfit since August 2010. Overall been pretty good with a modern day paleo. Went really scrict last summer and fat came off pretty quick. I'm on day 12 of going really strict again.

I do paleo too and have never felt better. Can't believe how quickly fat sheds off.

Add more healthy fats and protein and reduce the carbs. Nuts, seeds, olive oil, eggs, meat, and protein shakes

Lived in Clearwater for 3.5 years...Near the beach I'd suggest The Island Way Grill....there's all kind of restaurants down that way

Great choice. I've been going strict Paleo for about 2.5 months now and nothing sheds fat quicker. Lean meats, eggs, protein shakes, nuts, seeds, healthy fats, veggies, and berries are the way to go. Never go to bed doubting if you had enough protein.
