I'm on 16:8 for the most part. However I agree completely with SS. It's not necessarily a superior eating method in my opinion. I just happen to like larger meals, so this helps me keep my macros in check. Cleansing ?? :huh: :huh: No If it works for you, do it. If not, don't think about it.

As cliche as this may sound, carrying a bottle of water around with me where ever I go, generally helps. I usually drink 104 to 136 oz. of water / day. I don't know if it's that or a mental thing, but I rarely snack anymore.

I agree with this. I regularly have a day/week that I just eat or drink whatever :) But you have to bring it every other day!

If you're going to wake up early workout, just make the decision to do so. Personally, I don't like going to a gym that is packed, so I have the alarm set for 3:55, and usually roll out of bed at 4-4:05. Take care of business, and head to the gym.
