Honestly, eat more. 1200 is too low for an adult human. You will still lose weight.

Cheating to me is not the issue. I get that people do it, and hey, if you don't get caught, more power to you. But you got caught, don't try to justify why. Accept it and move on.

Honestly for me, it had become a lifestyle as well. Like Ed said, "I'm just living my life." Eating right and training is a part of it. It's not a fad diet or the latest DVD routine that will come and go.

I usually turn into an introvert when I'm in a bad mood. But while I'm there, smoking a good cigar and drinking some scotch usually work. I'll sometimes talk with friends about whatever it is that's bothering me, if I need perspective.

I practice IF, so I eat 2 usually. Once around 12 and the other around 6. There's some snacking in the middle there too.

2 pounds of muscle in 2 weeks ... I don't think so. OP, like most others said, no quick cals, start logging. A food scale might help too.
