  • I don't like the stretching machines because they don't stretch the muscle groups you're using. It makes no sense to me. As far as not being able to do more than 2 reps ... that's why you have to keep trying! It's not going to magically become easy for you, kwim? Also, make sure there aren't extra weights on the machines.…
  • Ditto the pp. I haven't done it yet, but they offer Build-Your-Own-Program as well as group training. I usually run (either on the circuit arc trainer or elliptical) for 20-30 minutes. Then I'll focus on a muscle group using the machines. I'll do abs one day, arms the next, back/shoulders, etc. Make sure you're not doing…
  • Hi! I'm checking in for the first time. Due June 4th with our 2nd baby, a little boy. Up about 25 lbs at 32 weeks. Not super crazy about the number, but I'm doing a lot better this time than I did with my first pregnancy (gained over 50 lbs in 41 weeks). Hoping to keep it under 35 lbs. Under 30 would be great!
