I used to get terrible stomach cramps after a heavy workout and would shake and feel awful. I finally worked it out, lack of water. So I made sure i always drank plenty of water before going to the gym and I never had the problem again.

I have bought a large container of this Green Superfood. I wish i tried it out before buying as it tastes awful. I have tried blending with an apple and pear this morning... but i can still taste it and its putting me off making any smoothies. I agree with this poster. He wanted to take the clothes off you for peanuts. So his tactic was to make you feel **** so that you would just accept the money meekly and rush out embarrassed. I am so so glad you didn't let him have the clothes. Well done, you're the winner in this one. And yeh plaster his shop name about.
