Most of the weight I've gained did the same thing. My butt used to be my favorite feature but I've gained weight in my thighs so I'm just like "eh" now. Haha. It's frustrating.

This is what I was going to suggest. Do some wall push ups! They'll help you build up the strength first, then you can work your way into doing knee push ups, then regular push ups. :)

Agreed! Everyone starts somewhere! It's great that you want to make changes in your life and be healthier. :) To me it isn't about the numbers and what someone weighs. @j75j75- I'm not a big fan of coconut personally. I love the smell, but can only do the taste in small amounts. Strawberry rum with real pineapple juice is delicious though! Edited: Hit reply instead of quote on accident. Oops.

I've never thrown up from doing both, but it makes me want to when I do. I tend to stick to one or the other for that reason. My favorite alcohol atm is Flip Flop Moscato wine. Very cheap, so not for the wine snob crowd.
