If you insist on eating 1200 calories, I would recommend finding high volume, low calorie foods that you enjoy eating. I am all for eating more. My favorite snacks are air popped popcorn or watermelon.

I still have about 60lbs to go to my goal weight but I'm pretty happy with what I've done so far. My current motivation is knowing when I weigh less, my back doesn't hurt as much. 🤷

I saw an acquaintance for the first time in a few months and he told me I look great, very fit! I've been lifting lots of weights lately, so I liked to hear that I look fit!

That was pretty much me! Started at a size 20 but squeezed my butt into 18's. I fit those 18's until I hit 45lbs and went down to a 16. I think I'll stick to the tights I've been wearing, at least until I hit the half way mark.

No one told me that when you're tall and have a decent amount of weight to lose, your clothing size won't change much. I had lost 45 lbs last year and only went down one pant size. Probably didn't help that I had been stuffing myself into clothes too small for me to begin with. Needless to say it crushed me. How can you…

Kind of a silly nsv but my blood pressure went from 130's/90's to (today) 115/67 and a resting pulse of 62. The nurse kept telling me I have fantastic stats.

I found that buying mens running shoes helps because their average width is a D whereas womens are only a B. My feet don't even fit in womens wide widths. I recently purchased a pair of 2E's (womens shoes) in Asics off of Amazon but have yet to receive them. I hope they'll be wide enough!
