Today I did not do so good. It was the first day for me to calculate so I got to see just why I am not losing any weight.

Also shredded chicken (with or with out bar-b-que sauce but I prefer with out because it has less sugar) shredded lettuce and tomatoes with a smidge of sour cream. yumm

I make chicken and spicy cheese quessadillas. I did that for lunch on Tuesday. I also make pizza roll-ups in the oven by taking the corn tortilla and sliced tomatoes and cheese with italian seasoning. Either nuke it up or throw it in the oven but they are really scrumptious for a pizza craving.
