It's water weight. I know when I have a high sodium day will take me few days to get rid of. It is just part of living your life. And I am glad you enjoyed your 4th of July. You are ok and drinks a lot more water today. It will drop off fast. :)

Hi and Welcome - When I started here last year I was like you. I didnt even dreaming of exercising. I started with comminting to 20 mins a day. Period end of story you are not getting more out of me. Now I want to walk and even up to 5 miles and some light jogging. You can do it.

I do Health Choice Cafe Streamers myself and have since Feb and did just fine. Since I prepare just about every thing else I eat, I dont worry about it. It kept me on track and I reached my goal easy. If you like and this work in your overall calor intake go with it. :)

Last Feb when I deceide it was time for me to lose weight, I comminted to 20 minutes of walking. The first month I did 10 to 15 minutes a day. Cut my calories and I was off. yes. I started by only walking 20 minutes a day and 1200 calories. I now walk more and eat more but I am down.

I budget 100 calories for Klondike ice cream sandwich. Works for me. Try to get away fromm diet sugars that helped me with my cravings.
