thank you for all the feed back. I guess I should have said that I planned to discuss this with my doctor in detail when i go to see her. I was just curious what others had experianced. My main goal is going to be being healthy, more than it ever has been before, and I cant wait to check out that book. Thanks again.

I am the same way. I have decided this time I am not going to weigh myself. I am going to track my success by how I feel and how I look. I am hoping that this will help keep me motivated. Any one else have any ideas for keeping motivation?
